Eggplant Parmesan. Yum for most. I hate cheese, so it's not up my alley.
Go backwards. You have to cut the eggplant like this.

If I didn't tell you, we did peppers this week.
We cut 'em up...
And canned em'.
It rained outside yesterday.... But nothing stops the Japanese beetles.
I love taking pictures after it rains. Everything photographs really well.
Even something like pepper leaves look amazing.
We had some gorgeous peppers. I know I have ADD, or I just happen to like my horiztonal pictures prior to my vertical ones... Anywho, low and behold the gorgeous colours. Ooh... Ahh... Yadda... Yadda
And the meatballs we made.

A random succulent we have. I wish I knew the name of it..
Even when I can't head to starbucks... I drink out of their mugs. =P
